Teleprompter Cam AI Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Teleprompter Cam AI, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the app.

Teleprompter Cam AI is an MVP app for teleprompter video recording, AI-assisted script drafting, local script storage, and saving recorded videos to your device Photos library.

2. App Usage Rules

You may use Teleprompter Cam AI to:

• Create, edit, and save scripts locally on your device.
• Record videos using your device camera and microphone.
• Display scrolling teleprompter text while recording.
• Generate draft scripts using AI features.
• Save completed recordings to your local Photos library.

You are responsible for using the app in compliance with applicable laws, platform rules, and any third-party terms that may apply to services used through the app, including Groq when you use AI script generation.

3. User Content Responsibility

You are responsible for the scripts, prompts, topics, recordings, and other content you create, enter, generate, record, save, or share using Teleprompter Cam AI.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use any content you enter into the app or include in recordings. Teleprompter Cam AI does not review or approve your user content.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Teleprompter Cam AI may provide AI-assisted script generation using Groq. When you use this feature, the topic, prompt, language, duration, style, and related text you submit may be sent to Groq to generate a draft script.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying AI-generated text before using it. Do not rely on AI-generated content as professional, legal, medical, financial, or other expert advice.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential information, or content you do not want processed by Groq. Recorded videos are not uploaded to Groq for AI generation.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Teleprompter Cam AI to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe the rights of others, including privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
• Create, record, or distribute unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, deceptive, or discriminatory content.
• Upload or enter sensitive personal data, confidential information, or content you do not have the right to use.
• Attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app or related services.
• Use AI generation to produce content that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

6. Intellectual Property

Teleprompter Cam AI, including its design, interface, software, branding, and related materials, is owned by its developer or licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the scripts, prompts, recordings, and other content you create using Teleprompter Cam AI, subject to any rights held by third parties.

7. Service Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Teleprompter Cam AI at any time. Features may change as the app develops beyond the MVP version.

We may also update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of Teleprompter Cam AI after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Recording quality may depend on your device, permissions, lighting, storage, microphone, camera, and operating system conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teleprompter Cam AI and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, recordings, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the app.
