2. Services

You are responsible for using the app lawfully and carefully, and for any content you enter, upload, generate, save, export, share, or publish through the app.

- Interfere with, damage, reverse engineer, bypass restrictions, abuse APIs, or attack the app or related services.
4. User Content and Intellectual Property
You keep the rights you lawfully own in your user content. You confirm that you have the rights or permissions needed to use, process, save, export, and share that content.
The app's interface, software code, branding, documentation, templates, and related materials are owned by us or the applicable rights holders and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit them without authorization.
5. AI and Third-Party Services

Please do not submit sensitive personal information, trade secrets, information subject to confidentiality obligations, or any content you do not want processed by third-party services.
6. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Refunds
Some features may require a one-time purchase, in-app purchase, or subscription. Prices, benefits, trials, renewals, and cancellation rules are shown by the App Store, Google Play, or the applicable payment platform.
Refund requests should be submitted through the relevant app store or payment platform. Unless required by applicable law, we do not directly control the refund decision made by those platforms.
7. Data and Device Risks
The app may depend on your device, operating system, network, storage space, permissions, third-party SDKs, or cloud services. Some features may be unavailable or may not work as expected due to device issues, system limitations, network interruptions, disabled permissions, or third-party service failures.
You should back up important content yourself. Except where required by law, we are not liable for data loss, content damage, business loss, or indirect damages caused by using or being unable to use the app.
